2. Data we process
We process: (a) account data you provide (name, work email, workspace and billing details); (b) product usage and diagnostics; and (c) business information about companies and public professional contacts, gathered from publicly available and licensed sources to power signals, scoring and research.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, detect buying signals, qualify accounts, generate research and outreach drafts, meter usage and billing, support you, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
Some features use AI models to summarize public information and draft content. Inputs are used to produce your results and operate the service; specify your model provider terms and any data-retention commitments in [AI subprocessor details].
5. Sharing & subprocessors
