Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of MyLeadFinder (the “Service”), operated by SotaTek Korea Co., Ltd. (주식회사 소타텍코리아), Business Registration No. 339-87-02794, 6F, Yanghwa Tower, 5 Teheran-ro 20-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

MyLeadFinder provides B2B sales intelligence — buying signals, account qualification, research and outreach assistance. Features, limits and plans may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for your account, your workspace members and keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, including unlawful use, sending spam or unsolicited messaging in violation of applicable law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy), scraping the Service, or reverse engineering it. You are responsible for your own outreach and for complying with the laws that apply to it.

Paid plans and usage-based credits are billed as described at checkout and in your billing settings. Fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Specify renewal, cancellation and tax terms in [billing terms].

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, its software and brand. Content generated for you (e.g. research, drafts) is yours to use, subject to these Terms.

The Service uses third-party providers and AI models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not warrant that signals or scores are complete or error-free.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in [liability cap], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.
